Figured as I progress into making texture edits, I'll put them into one mod page. Don't expect request fulfilment, I do these during random bursts of motivation.
I strongly recommend KawaiiSlayer's M Half-Orc Face Edits (Less Wrinkles) mod, as they've edited several of the Half-Orc faces to have more human-like noses.
In addition, I've uploaded a retexture for Padme400's M Half Elf Head E Preset for Other Races, with her permission, for the tiefling variant. Please note there are some visual errors on the scalp that only with certain hairstyles, most hairstyles will cover that which I could not fix.
To install, just extract the contents of the zip into your Baldurs Gate 3\Data folder. This should be in your primary installation folder, not in your Appdata. Again, not in your AppData folder, this goes in the main installation location, in the Data folder. If you're struggling to find the folder, and at least if you have Steam, right click on the game in your Steam list, go down to Manage, then click Browse Local Files.
