hi I had a quick request, whenever i use your mod in unison with Valkrana spellbook the powers disappear when i respec, I still have them before i repec but it doesnt pop up when i tried to change up my build.. Am i doing something wrong I tried loading it after in vortex but it still is not showing
I don't know exactly what is uses, but I'll paste what is relevant then you can tell me what worked and I'll post such code for Cheat Engine on all my mod pages:
You *MUST* use the mod however, even for the original "Shout_DivineIntervention"'s becouse they have a fail-safe trigger that will BRICK the spell without the bypass injection hack. So, without the bypass if your cleric ever cast the original lvl 10 spell the "others" stop working. However, all is not lost, you can un-brick by respecing. But as mentioned, use the mod and you are safe :)
How? It's technically impossible. Well, nothing is impossible, but in what way? I'll check! 1 sec.
EDIT 1: I see, yes... they edit the same table, I'll make a compatibility patch. It happen when I had to make a emergency update. 1 sec
EDIT 2: I made 2 new versions you find in optional downloads, where I merged the "SpellLists.lsx", so as long you have that version and place it UNDER ClericSacredFlame everything will work perfect <3
EDIT 3: I tested to start the game without ClericSacredFlame and had no crashes or anything, so this version can work perfectly alone to. How on earth will all modders be able to share the "SpellLists.lsx"...?! Any expert here that can give me a trick to write a section there without conflicting with mods that change the same table?
I mean no disrespect, but I really don't understand why would anyone want a mod that is basically a cheat code? I mean, the exploit is there, ok, but why use it? Why are you playing the game? If it is just to win every battle with no effort, just play on easy... Maybe I'm just too old...
Some people play games like this solely for the story and roleplaying aspects, and a few would skip combat entirely if they could. These people probably look at mods that make combat even harder the same way you're looking at this one. To each their own, I say. They paid for the game, so let them enjoy it the way they want.
Besides, just because a mod is trending doesn't mean it is - or at least remains - actually popular. Countless mods are downloaded, tried out, then deleted every day because they proved unsatisfactory, yet they might still be trending for a time.
Cleric isn't in any way underpowered, quite the opposite.
both my MC and Shadowheart far outpace Gale in pretty much everything magical so far, and they have better armor prof.
Cleric has just never been a popular class in any fantasy MMO, it has its die hard fanbase but the vast majority wants to be a wizard, fighter or rogue.
How do you spec a cleric to magically out-damage a wizard? Looking at Shadowheart's spell list at level 12, I don't see anything even remotely as powerful as all the magical nukes Gale can dish out. I'm not dunking on you, just genuinely interested because I was considering rolling a cleric too, but Shadowheart's lackluster damage output keeps turning me off.
Cleric can damage spec easy with Light or Tempest (call lighting is nuts due to recast). Spirit Guardians is always an insanely good spell. It's not as crazy high damage as if we had Death Clerics, but most Cleric damage spells upcast better than most.
For those who can't or don't want to edit mods I am open for suggestions if you want more/less damage, a spell removed, added and such as long it fits the mod thematically.
What more could a Cleric want her deity to give beside Heavy Camp Supplies and Gold? Any good RP items? I am sure I am missing something...
If you could remove Shadowheart and all her dialog, clerics would become 'great again'. The reason they are never played as a main is because Shadowheart. It doesn't matter how powerful the class is technically
i know its gonna sound overpowered but i would like a version where it always does max dmg. i mean its supposed to be basically smite from your god. it shouldnt deal 8 dmg sometimes. or u can make it deal its current dmg but increase its area to like 20-30m.
