I finally took the leap and I've now gone and made 7 total different tattoo replacements for almost all of the designs featured in the band, Ghost, throughout the years.
Here is the full list and the vanilla tattoos that they replace:
Papa Emeritus I Mechanus Moons
Papa Emeritus II Macabre Chinstrap
Papa Emeritus II Macabre Chinstrap
Papa Emeritus III Centipedes
Papa Emeritus IV Masque of WrathPapa Emeritus IV (Alternate) Shriek Mask
Cardinal Copia Brokenshard Sword
Papa Nihil Wicked Reaper
Due to them being replacement tattoos, they may show up on NPCs other than your Tav - I personally don't use Unique Tav but maybe there's a way around by using that if it truly bothers you.
Tattoos can be used by both masculine and feminine presenting Tavs, all races etc. Just bear in mind that due to the nature of tattoos they will stretch and maybe deform dependent on face shape.
I wouldn't recommend trying to use this mod with other tattoo packs. Other than that, you should be good to go!
INSTALLING:
Unzip your file and drag the folder, 'Generated' to your 'Data' folder within your Steam installation of BG3.
(SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data)
UNINSTALLING:
In the same folder which you dropped into data, find the .DDS file by following this pathway
(Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\_SharedAssets\SHARED_Atlas\Resources)
Once found, either delete or rename the file so that the game doesn't pick it up.
All done :) You'll go back to base game tattoos.
