The Absorb Elements spell from the two cloaks should be usable once per short rest, but they are currently bugged and just work once per long rest.

The Absorb Elements spell from the Cloak of Elemental Absorption and Cloak of the Weave can only be used once per long rest instead of once per short rest as the item descriptions say. With this mod you regain the use on short rests as it should be.
Also, if you are using 5e Spells, that mod adds Absorb Elements as a spell and in the process overwrites the version of Absorb Elements you get from the cloak. That means you don't experience the aforementioned bug but instead mistakenly gain the actual Absorb Elements spell that costs spell slots to cast.
This mod also fixes this secondary bug (without changing anything about how the spell from 5e Spells works).
