Are you tired of finding the perfect magic item for your character only to realize that if you equip it, you'll lose the benefits of mage armor or unarmored defense because it's considered a piece of armor even though it does nothing to contribute to your AC? Do you simply want to equip these items even if you don't have the armor proficiency to use them? This mod is a simple fix, all it does is remove the armor tags from all 29 magical pieces of armor in the game that you can equip to your head, hand, or foot slots so that they are now compatible with spells and class features that check if you are wearing armor.
