About this mod
This is the blade from League of Legends champion: Viego , the Ruined King.
It deals extra dmg , turn enemy into zombie, and cast " Mist's Edge"

Blade of the Ruined King: (Find it in Tutorial Chest）
+1 in level 1-5 , +2 in level 6-10 , +3 when 10 + level
（The tooltip is not right , is shows +20 necro dmg , but in fact , it is targetmaxHP/20 = 5 ％）
This blade will deal extra 5 ％ target maxHP dmg,and any creature dies beneath this blade will serve as a mist zombie.

Mist's Edge：Steal target 3m move speed and HP.(Once per combat or Once per turn)

破败王者之刃 （在鹦鹉螺教程箱中）
1-5级武器附魔+1， 6-10 附魔+2 ， 10级以上附魔+3
（武器面板显示+20 只是显示是20而已，实际效果就是百分之五，其实是目标血量/20）
破败王剑将根据目标最大生命值5％造成额外伤害。

雾之锋：
偷取目标3m移速和最大生命值，可以将其转移给他人
“我将不断索取，不断抢夺，直到世上再无一物，只剩她一人。”
君命已决：
死亡的敌人将变成迷雾幽灵继续为佛耶戈效忠。
