These heads are replacers :)

The ears will take on the shape of tiefling ears. It wasn't done on purpose. If the files were mixed the other way to get the elf ears instead you would get the tiefling horn texture on the foreheads.  

Earrings will not work perfectly on these heads. You may have to remove the upper ear piercings with another mod. 

These heads are not a perfect fit. If you are using armor that shows the neck and collarbones in some scenes, there may be a small seam. I have only noticed it happening a handful of times in a playthrough. Most of the Playthrough the neck will look fine. I know it's an eyesore so I thought I would just give a warning beforehand. This occurs due to the mixing of tiefling and elf or half elf heads. Not because it is present on Dufresne12's repaired heads. 

You do not need other mods for the heads to work.You just need to download the files.

because if it wasn't for that mod and Dufresne12 amazing work repairing and Even making tiefling equivalent heads then sharing them with us all, we wouldn't have these teeth <3

I cannot make these heads into non-replaceor heads because that is beyond my capability. 

I did not include the male head because the structure of the tiefling male head left a very aggressive dent in the forehead when mixed together. 

For some of the screenshots I modded shadowheart then spoke to her.

How to: simply download the file and copy the Generated into your baldur's gate 3 data file.

I achieved this via file mixing
