Are you interested in seeing more modded items get sent to the Camp Chest?
Consider politely asking mod authors to support the framework! We'd love to see our framework get adopted by the modding community as a whole, and it will only happen with your help!
What advantage does this framework give to mod authors?
This framework takes the tedious task of authors figuring out how to ship items to their users, and makes it as simple as possible! By integrating their mod(s) with the Item Shipment Framework, authors will be able to easily send their items to the Camp Chest, while no longer needing to deal with TreasureTables from the base game, such as the Tutorial Chest, or Merchant inventories.
Is it easy to integrate mods into the framework?
Yes! In only three simple steps, mod authors are able to easily integrate their mods into our framework.
Does supporting the ISF force an author into a Script Extender dependency?
No! The ISF doesn't force mods into a mandatory dependency with the Script Extender. The configuration file will be picked up in case users have ISF installed, but will simply remain inert otherwise. Therefore, if the mod is designed to function without the Script Extender or even without ISF, integrating it with ISF will not change this.
Putative upcoming features 👀 - Container auto-updating: version 1.4.0 introduced a feature that automatically refills/updates the tutorial chest, which is especially important if it contains 1000 or more items (in which case summoning it could take several seconds)
Hi, I’m really sorry to bother you — and I feel a bit silly for asking — but I’m having trouble with the scrolls. They don’t seem to work anymore, so I can’t refill my chest. I’m not sure if I did something wrong…? Any help would be very appreciated!
Hey, I used this mod quite a while ago and recently started a mod list again, but my prior mod list had the 1.4 version which had the "only_send_to_host" in the main config file, Is that no longer viable?
Not sure if this mod is the culprit or if its the other mods im using that is, but not all items repawn into the tut chest when I reset it. Not sure if patch 8 changed how spawning things ingame works or not, but I can't seem to make things spawn suddenly. It worked fine twice, but then after it stopped working fully
For me, I still have like 3 items there, and nothing related to the tutorial chest is working properly. Update: I fixed the problem. It was actually another mod called Sylrathal that was breaking the tutorial chest.
Hello, I'm having a weird issue in Patch 8 where I can't right click on anything within the mail box or tutorial chest on the nautiloid. If I drag them into my inventory, or the camp chest inventory, then i can right click as normal and bring up the interaction menu. Not game breaking at all, but I can't seem to find a way to fix it. Not sure if anyone has advice or has seen this on their end.
When I add a new item mod mid-game, the tutorial chest at the item shipment mailbox spawns every equipment from the vanilla game in it, making the game semi-freezing due to the massive item numbers. Has anyone seen something like that before?
Okay, so I thought a new game was necessary, but it seems the items are still not showing up.
Oddly enough, they appear in the tutorial chest only in the mailbox, not the one from the summon tutorial chest mod. Yet, if I reset the tutorial chest, the items disappear forever.
Like I said, it's weird. The regular tutorial chest doesn't have the items. But the one at the mailbox does. But if I reset the tutorial chest, the items disappear completely from both.
This only happens when using this mod. If I remove this mod completely, and start a new game, all my items show up in the regular tutorial chest. But with this mod, I get the above happening.
The one pretty much everyone uses lol. It's the only mod I have for the tutorial chest.
Unless you are talking about what mods I use that add items to the tutorial chest, then that is a very long list. The items I am having issues with though are the ones that I posted about back in January. All my other mods work fine, it's just Basic Githyanki Retexture for Baldur's Gate 3 - mod.io that doesn't show up in the tutorial chest. It adds some psychic items to the tutorial chest.
Like I said above, they show up in the mailbox tutorial chest, but not the summoned one. But if I reset the tutorial chest, they vanish completely.
It is really weird considering I have never been able to reproduce this issue and it doesn't seem to happen so often. ISF does not mess with the original tutorial chest and I don't think this was ever reported in Patch 6, so I wonder if something somehow changed with Patch 7. I'll take a look when I have the chance, thanks.

Yes! In only three simple steps, mod authors are able to easily integrate their mods into our framework.
- Drag and drop their mod folder into our ISF config JSON generator website.
- Click "Save ISF JSON" to download the generated file.
- Place the JSON file alongside their mod's meta.lsx file.
