This mod replaces either the Male Half-Orc's Head 1 and/or Head 2 preset with the Female Half-Orc's Head 1 preset. I'm not the best so the topology and UVs might be a little messy!
Installation: 1. Download and extract the desired zip file. 2. Copy the folder named "Data" into the root of your BG3 installation (Ex: "(location of your steam)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3") 3. Success!!!!
There might be some empty space between the back of the head and the back of some hairs, but this is the best I could get it for now, haha! (Some hairs do look fine though) (Most hairs should look better now that the neck is a bit bigger)
Piercings and facial hair also are a little broken atm. (If someone more knowledgeable on the topic could help me understand how those models fit onto the head presets I might be able to fix it later)
