If you continue with an existing character, you'll gain some of the benefits immediately. But to gain all of them, you might have to respec. In the respec menu, also select any other class then back to this to correctly update it.
Install:
1. Extract into AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods
2. Activate the mod in your Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager
3. Save the Load Order
4. Protect and Attack!
5. Mod Fixer / Script Extender may be needed
