Your hands, weapon and feet are always on fire. Deal an additional 1d4 fire damage with weapon and unarmed attacks that scales with level. Adds a +2 modifier to dexterity and wisdom. On any successful saving throw apply burning to the enemy for 3 turns. Since this buff is on your underwear your are still free to build your charater however you choose. You don't need any more cheats honestly. Put these underwear on, set the hardest difficulty and dominate your foes in flashy visuals with your bare hands! DONT FORGET TO DONATE, MODING AINT EASY!
