About this mod

Reworked armors to be more realistic and important.

I adjusted armors based on the material they are made of and how much they cover.

What this mod does (Work In Progress):

  • Helmests now give 0-2 AC
  • Gloves give 0-1 AC
  • Shields give 1-4 AC
  • Boots give 0-1 AC
  • Base Armor Class (no armor) is now only 6 instead of 10, plus dexterity
  • Clothes give 6-7, most light armors give 8-13 AC now, mediums 14-17, heavy armors 18-21
  • Re-classified few armors and armor classes (Chainmail is medium now, Hide armor is light instead of medium, etc...)
  • Light, medium and heavy armors now give maximum (2,1,0) AC from dexterity instead of (unlimited, 2, 0)
  • Unique attributes are unchanged
  • Realistic weights and costs
  • Movement speed and jump length reduction (10% for medium, 20% for heavy armors)
  • Light armors have 1 bludgeoning and 1 slashing damage negation, medium armors negate all damage by 1, heavy armors by 2
  • Reworked mage armor, draconic resiliance and unarmored defense
