About this mod

Gives our favourite brain kitty the stats of a regular Intellect Devourer, and gives it the ability to turn into an actual kitty!

Changelogs
UPDATE #2 - added ALL-IN-ONE version as the main file and moved individual versions to Optional Files - no more choosing which colour to use, now you can have them all, friend! (Note: tressym version not included as part of the all-in-one version as it is not a kitty - this version is only available in Optional Files)

UPDATE - Added the last two in-game cat colours - a black and white variant and a pure white variant!
Credit and massive thanks to Labotor for fixing my broken code!

"All others shall see a 'kitty' - a small predator, indigenous to this world. They kitties can walk anywhere and they are most cunning."

If you've ever wished that you, too, could see Us as a kitty, wandering the streets of Baldur's Gate and fighting with you like a regular pet - now you can! This mod gives our favourite brain kitty an additional spell so it can disguise itself as an actual adorable kitty, while still keeping all of its regular abilities.

This mod also gives Us the stats of all the other Intellect Devourers, with some additional HP to make it less squishy (heh) in combat.

The cat disguise comes in SEVEN different varieties - the default white Wild Shape with grey ears, ginger, grey tabby, coffee brown, black and white, pure white, and hairless. YOU CAN ONLY INSTALL ONE AT A TIME, SORRY! (I attempted to do a custom colour but the code put up a fight, I will update the mod with new versions if I manage it. In the meanwhile, please do not request other colours, these are the only ones readily available in the game files with portraits). However, as the mods use the same IDs, swapping the mod files mid-game to use other colours shouldn't break your save... (Do so at your own risk and make sure the disguise is not in use when you swap versions, otherwise the game will crash!)

This does not work on the nautiloid version of Us, only the version you can spawn from the item received by freeing it at the end of Act 2.

NOTE:
What this mod does NOT do is add the item to summon Us into your inventory if you haven't rescued it yet, or if you somehow got rid of the item. (Or if you killed it on the nautiloid, like an absolute monster...). You can use the below UUID code in Script Extender to spawn it in early - be aware that the stats do not scale, so it will be pretty overpowered at early levels!
To spawn the item in SE, go to the Script Extender window while the game is running and loaded into a save, press Enter, and then paste:

Osi.TemplateAddTo("dbc5b484-26d6-41f3-bd50-dc74b8f9cc9b", GetHostCharacter(), 1, 1);

(MAKE SURE TO SAVE BEFORE YOU DO THIS AS IT MAY CRASH YOUR GAME - if it keeps causing crashes, uninstall the mod first, spawn the item and then reinstall the mod.)

TO INSTALL:

- Unzip the .pak file and install it into your Mods folder with BG3MM. I don't use Vortex so unsure if it works correctly!

TO DO:
- Add other colours for eyes and fur (and maybe skin, for the hairless version...)
- Add an all-in-one version with all colours in one spell
- Custom icons

If you come across any bugs or other issues, please let me know!
