Adds Ritual Casting from DND 5E for Wizards (Ritual spells do not require preparation)

Replicates the effect of Ritual Casting from DND 5E for Wizards (Ritual spells do not require preparation to cast)
Could not find a way to dynamically add the 'always prepared' tag to ritual spells as you learn them so instead it just gives you access to all ritual spells at Wizard level 1. (Note ritual spells will disappear from the spell preparation screen, this is not a bug, it's preventing you from preparing spells you already have access to)
Added all ritual spells accessible to Wizards:
Disguise Self
Speak With Animals*
Feather Fall
Find Familiar
Enhance Leap
Longstrider
Detect Thoughts
Speak With Dead*
*Strict 5E source book compliant version available
Installation:
Installation via BG3 Mod Manager or Vortex recommended
