About this mod

This mod adds spells that trigger a dice roll when used on a player. Can be used on self or on party members, in single player or multiplayer. Useful to change your dice skin or for RP.

Changelogs
This mod adds 69 spells, sorted in 3 containers. You can use them to force the target to roll a dice of the chosen difficulty check. Works in multiplayer, but only the target player will see the dice roll screen. Other players will see the small success or fail notification over the target's head, and can check the combat log for the exact result. I tested the mod in various situations, such as cutscenes and battles, and haven't ran into any issue.

Since the difficulty check of each dice roll in the game seems to be hard-coded, I wasn't able to add dice rolls that do not exist in the game (for example, a DC 1 roll). For now, all the rolls are Persuasion-based, as I haven't found a solution yet to allow other stats to be rolled without making 69 spells per stat which would clutter the spell book and hotbars. I did not try to put a spell container inside an other spell container yet, this could be the solution if it works though.

This is my first mod and I don't really have any knowledge on scripting, I just used other mods as helpers (with permission) so if you encounter any issue, let me know.

Requirements

This mod requires Norbyte's Script Extender. You must have it installed for it to work.

Installation

Use either the BG3ModManager or Vortex. There should be no conflict with other mods, and the load order does not matter. The spells will be added to each party member upon starting a new file or loading one. They will also be added to any companions that join the party.

Uninstallation

Simply remove the mod with BG3ModManager or Vortex. Uninstallation during a playthrough with the mod was tested, the save loaded properly and the spells disappeared without any issue. If you do encounter an issue, let me know.
