Some of the tattoos are too close to real life Indigenous closed-culture designs for my comfort level. It's blatant cultural appropriation in my opinion. So I replaced these tattoos with generic goblin facepaint options that I think look cool.
This will affect your character and all NPCs.
INSTALLATION: Drop the Generated folder into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data, or the equivalent Data folder where you have installed the game.
