Updated for Metamagic Extended 4.0+. Transmuted spell is no longer a separate file so I rolled it into the main list. Stay on 3.04 if you're using 3.7.2.1 and Transmuted Spell optional. Personally I updated to 4.0 mid-save without issue.

Compatibility Framework and Community Library have been removed as requirements. Everything is now handled with Script Extender. You can safely ignore the warning that Metamagic Compatibility is not installed when you load your save. This is because I renamed a folder, the mod's UUID remains the same.

Minor code cleanups:
