Minor fixes to rat swarm and tooltip, proper time and number of rats. Resaved icons without mipmaps so they're less fuzzy

Updated for Patch 8, removed all requirements. NOTE: I am told that having multiple subclasses for the same class might overwrite each other right now. This is on Larian's end, not mine. Keep an eye on patch notes for a fix, I guess?
