Fixed Sights of the Seelie
The spells your wizard can learn from scrolls in the Sorcerous Sundries vault - Art of War, Sights of the Seelie, and Dethrone - come with a once-per-short-rest limitation. This mod removes that cooldown so they work like normal spells. How many level 5 spellslots do you really have afterall?
