So there's this bug in the game currently where if Sazza's questline doesn't get progressed passed a certain stage, Minthara will not speak to you after you recruit her from Moonrise (after knocking her out while she's temporarily hostile in the goblin camp). It will then be impossible for you to dismiss her without killing her then asking Withers to hold on to her and once she sits on a certain dead man's throne, she will no longer be able to be interacted with, losing her forever.

This is a Cheat Engine table that has a script that flags a certain part of Sazza's questline that fixes this bug (so far, from testing). I haven't seen anyone else online use this method to fix her, as most people suggest reloading a prior save. If you're like me and doing an honour mode run, this isn't an option so this is the best solution I was able to come up with.

This fix should only fix the bug that's associated with Sazza's questline, I don't know if there are other bugs that make it so you can't talk to Minthara but this fix is for that bug ONLY.

To use, simply download the .CT file and run it, you need Cheat Engine installed already and attach it to BG3 from the process list and keep commands list.
Load your save file > Console Commands > Wait for Command Count to populate > Register Commands > Bug Fix > Fix Minthara's Dialog

You will not see anything change, there will be no quest updates or anything. I just know that once this command is run, it allows you to talk to Minthara again like normal. 

If you're having trouble with Cheat Engine itself, I cannot help you.
