Hi! I wanted to be able to change my Gith spots so using Unique Tav I have created a face tattoo file that allows it. It replaces the first 16 tattoos so if you want to use any of those tattoos on your Gith you'll need to edit the tattoo file outside of BG3. I'll leave a small tutorial in the comments for how to easily edit DDS channels in GIMP if needed.
These spots are taken from the default files and just swapped from the green makeup channel to the red tattoo channel, essentially.
To install just drop the Generated folder in your Data folder as you would any Unique Tav customisation! :D
To hide the default Gith spots I actually recommend installing the Satyr race mod. Bit bizarre, but as the Satyr race adds new options to the scar menu (technically replacing Gith spots) there is an option to hide them. Using that you can hide your default spots and use this addon to get a custom one!
I have not tested what happens without the Satyr race mod but I assume it just means you'll still have the default spots on top of the custom ones.
