What it says on the tin. Just a visual replacer -- no new effects, no new stats, and it doesn't change the loot you get from Gortash's corpse. Just makes him look a little cooler. Doesn't work on any other character. I have not tested this thoroughly. Please tell me if anything looks wonky.
Installation: Install with BG3 ModManager. (Disregard everything that was written here for the first version. It's only one file now.)
