Fixes the issue causing the Debug Book's commands to show up as "Not Found". Requires the original mod!

In Patch 4, Larian removed the localization handles used by the Debug Book to display its options. Since the game is now looking at a bunch of lines that don't exist, it displays "Not Found" instead - for every single option and command.
This mod brings back the handles and restores the book to its original functionality, so now you can see what you're selecting again!
TL;DR - Book broken. Book fixed now.
