Add Dispel Magic spell to the most of the spellcasters

I've added four versions of Dispel Magic for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th level power.
Basically it's a 'Remove all statuses' spell, some statuses are dispelled at level 3, some at level 4 ,some at level 5 and some at level 6, following
their spell level source (or at least it should be).
It's added to the most of the spellcasters
Included : Bard, Cleric, Druid, Eldricht Knight, Magus, Paladin,Warlock, Wizard and Sorcerer. (NEW SUBCLASSES INCLUDED)
Excluded : Ranger and Arcane Archer
Added a scroll of Dispel Magic in Tutorial Chest
