Adds Hypnotic Gaze as a class action for Great Old One Warlocks.

This mod adds the Enchantment Wizard's Level 2 class action Hypnotic Gaze to Great Old One Warlocks at Level 1. When added as a class action to Warlocks the spell DC is changed to Charisma. Also, the cooldown on Hypnotic Gaze (for both Wizards and Warlocks) was reduced to once per short rest, so you'll be able to make use of it more often :)
Why? Because I don't like playing wizards, I like playing warlocks, I don't Mortal Reminder, I like Hypnotic Gaze.
Installation: Use BG3 Mod Manager and install as you would any other .pak files.
