Fixes the Cap Of Wrath and Enraging Heart Garb to apply the wrath status effects as stated in their description.

Cap Of Wrath: "During combat, when the wearer starts their turn with 50% Hit Points or less, they gain 
Wrath for 2 turns."
In the vanilla game when you actually use this item it will only give you 1 turn of wrath on each turn so this mod changes it to 2 as stated in the description.
Enraging Heart Garb: "While 
Raging, the wearer generates 2 turns of Wrath."
In the vanilla game this clothing actually doesn't give you any wrath whatsoever (though it does give you +2 constitution). The description is slightly vague in terms of whether the wrath should be applied on every turn or only when activating rage. I'd assume based on the wording that it's the former, but just in case I made 2 versions, one that works on every turn and another one that only applies wrath when you first activate rage. Download whichever version you prefer.
Note: If you already have the Heart Garb equipped on your save before installing this mod, make sure to unequip it and equip it again. The status that gives you wrath is applied when you equip the item so if you already have it on you, you won't gain any wrath from it. Update: This may not actually be necessary in the current version of the mod anymore as I changed the way the wrath is applied by the garb, but if it seems like the garb is not working then it doesn't hurt to try re-equipping it.
