A simple mod that removes the "black eyes" effect after becoming a partial-Illithid that was introduced in Patch 5.
To install, extract the .pak file into your BG3 mods folder (usually C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods) and activate using BG3 mod manager.
