Implement this boost to Tacticain Difficulty:
Load game, go to BALANCED DIFFICULTY, THEN TO TACTICAIN, OK. Now you have this boosted DIFFICULTY.
This mod Also Increased maximum possible Stats to 50 instead of 30. Works on enemies and player.
Nightmare A: Example:

+(LvL*LvL/3) Damage . 11*11/3= +40,3 Bonus Damage for everything.
+25% HP per LeveL. 11*25= +275% Bonus Health.
