This mod adds a ring and an underwear that grants you useful abilities out of combat :
Speak with Animals
Speak with Dead
Detect Thoughts
+1 bonus to your conversation skills (Intimidation, Persuasion, Deception, Performance)
Disguise Self spell
I know there are lots of similar mods, but this time, you don't need to cast spells every morning. Just put it on, then done.
You can get them from

Harper master
Exxvi....whatever dragonborn vendor
or tutorial chest.
