This Mods adds a whole new Spell, The Thunderstorm to the Game learnable from a Scroll and findable in the Shar Temple (hopefully)
It has refreshing VFX and is a must have if you like Elemental Builds.
Mainly for Wizards but also can be learned by Wizard/Sorcerer Multiclass as its a Lv 4

This is the first Elemental spell that is and not just a revariant of a Vanilla Spell. It still uses Vanilla Asset's combined in a different way, with reedited VFX
