Adds a scroll with a new spell called Lightning Ball. It is basically fireball but with lightning damage and animations. It can be upcasted like fireball.
Lightning Bolt is supposed to be the 3rd lvl spell for lightning damage filling the spot that fireball does for fire damage, yet it is inferior in my opinion since the line form is less likely to hit as many enemies as the AOE done by fireball. This spell should help avoid this disparity for those who prefer lightning damage.
I'm not proficient enough to create a custom Icon so I leave it for more capable modders. To avoid conflicts with other mods I've added the spell as a scroll so it can be learned by wizards or by sorcerers and warlocks if you have the mods for it.
The scroll can be found in the tutorial chest, Arron in the Druids Grove, the Quartermaster in Light's Inn in Act 2 and in Fetcher's Brat in hte Guild House in Act 3.
