I don't really care for all but one the the vanilla face tattoos, so I made my own. Screenshots show what's been replaced.
I wanted more of a painted on look and added smudges and defects.
Installation:
Choose either
"WarPaint- Vanilla Tattoo Replacers"
Or
"WarPaint- Vanilla Tattoo Replacers for Unique Tav" if using Unique Tav
Unzip the file and copy/paste the Generated folder into your Balder's Gate Data folder. Approve any file replacements.
