This mod features a custom recreation of the Dunmer race from The Elderscrolls Series. It has a strong focus on the Cosmetics and Visuals of the Dunmer, however there are still unique passives and spells, and some level progression for each subrace.


This mod includes:

6 subraces themed after the Great Houses, House Dagoth, and the Ashlanders
7 custom spells with custom VFX
Custom Race and Subrace Icons, as well as Passive and Spell Icons.
11 Unique Heads (6 masc, 5 femme) with Brow Ridges, Scarification, and Support for Bodies 1, 2, 3, and 4
A grand total of 50 unique Skin Tones and 64 Eye Presets (includes blind options)
A Tattoo Atlas with 19 hand drawn Tattoos
An assortment of custom piercings themed after the gaudy gold and green piercings of TES3
A slew of patches for many popular head/hair mods, slightly adjusted to fit into the Dunmer race!

As of now the only requirements for the base mod are Improved UI and ImprovedUI Assets for the Race/Subrace Icons




This mod currently comes with 6 subraces, and while they are mostly for flavour they do have their own unique passives and spells, the 6 subraces are as follows: House Redoran, House Hlaalu, House Telvanni, House Indoril, Sixth House, and Ashlander.

The core Dunmer race comes with 2 Passives at level 1, and two unique racial abilities, one at level 3 and one at level 8.
Almost every subrace comes with a Passive at level 1, and a unique racial ability at level 5, barring House Telvanni and Sixth House.

Base Dunmer Race

Level 1
Ashborn - Passive - Resistance to Fire
Dunmer Training - Passive - Proficiency with Short/Longswords and Short/Longbows

Level 3
Ancestral Protection - Ability - Give yourself or an Ally +2AC for 10 turns - Once per short rest

Level 8
Ancestor's Wrath - Ability - 3D8 Fire Damage in a 2 meter circle around the player - Once per short rest


House Redoran

Level 1
Redoran Strength - Passive - +1 Strength, Proficiency in Medium Armour and Martial Weapons.

Level 5
Ancestor's Favour - Ability - 1D6 Bonus Fire Damage to weapon attacks for 5 turns - Once per short rest


House Hlaalu

Level 1 
Hlaalu Charisma - Passive - +1 Charisma, Proficiency in Persuasion and Deception.

Level 5
Hlaalu Charm (Container Spell)
Hlaalu Persuasion - Ability - Advantage on Persuasion until long rest - Once per long rest
OR
Hlaalu Deception - Ability - Advantage on Deception until long rest - Once per long rest


House Telvanni

Level 1 
Telvanni Intelligence - Passive - +1 Intelligence, Proficiency in Arcana, 1 Sorcerer Cantrip of your choice (Works with 5e Spells)

Level 5
Levitation - Ability - Grants levitation to yourself or an ally for 10 turns - One per Long Rest

Level 8
Levitate Freely - Toggleable Passive - Allows use of the levitation ability freely while not in combat



House Indoril

Level 1
Indoril Wisdom - Passive - +1 Wisdom, Proficiency in Religion, 1 Cleric Cantrip of your choice (Works with 5e Spells)

Level 5
Blessings of the Three (Container Spell)

Almalexia's Blessing - Ability - 1D6 Bonus Radiant Damage to weapon attacks for 5 turns
Sotha Sil's Blessing - Ability - 1D6 Bonus Lightning Damage to weapon attacks for 5 turns
Vivec's Blessing - Ability - 1D6 Bonus Psychic Damage to weapon attacks for 5 turns

Each blessing can be used once per Long Rest


Ashlander

Level 1
Ashlander Constitution - Passive - +1 Constitution, Proficiency in Survival and Perception

Level 5
Ashlander's Prayer (Container Spell)

Azura's Prayer - Ability - Disadvantage on all attack rolls made against you for 2 turns
Boethiah's Prayer - Ability - Advantage on attack rolls for 2 turns
Mephala's Prayer - Ability - Advantage on stealth checks for 5 turns

Each prayer can be used once per Long Rest


Sixth House

Level 1
Sleeper Awake - Passive - Immunity to Sleep and Proficiency in Intimidation

Ray of Blight - Cantrip - 1D10 Poison Damage with chance to Poison for 2 turns
Scales to 2D10 at level 5, and 3D10 at level 10

Level 5
Blighted Blood - Passive - Immune to Poison (Status) and Frightened, resistant to Poison damage.






Known Issues

There are some minor known issues at the moment which will not impact the mod drastically but there is nothing I can do to fix them.

- Level 1 Sixth House passive will appear twice in the CC and one of them will be named 'Fey Ancestry', this is due to how the sleep immunity passive works, this is only visible in the CC and is not visible on your character sheet.
- Level 5 Sixth House passive does not appear in the CC on level up, it is however properly added to your character and appears on your character sheet.
- Level 8 Telvanni Levitation Passive Toggle does not appear in the CC, it is however properly added and will appear on your hot bar under passives, you can also find it in your spell book and add it to a more convenient spot on your hot bar.

I highly recommend you use my Piercing Recolours mod along side this to achieve the classic gold and green look for the Dunmer's piercings.
