Gain Warlock's Fiend tag, dark ones blessing/own luck and fiendish resilience (All Fiend subclass skills)

Lunar Druid

Contains circle of the moon

combat wild shape, lunar mend, primal strike, combat wild shapes: badger, spider, dire wolf, cat, bear, raven, rothe, panther, owlbear

Fungal Druid

Learn halo of spores, symbiotic entity, bone chill, blindness, detect thoughts, animate dead, gaseous form, fungal infestation and spreading spores

Note: Skills may not work or scale properly if not playing the druid class

Descendant of Dragons

Gain sorcerer and draconic sorcerer tag/dialogue, learn fly, draconic resilience, elemental affinity (damage/res)

NOTE: I don't believe you can change scales when you pick them and draconic resilience scales off sorc levels

Unstable Sorcerer

Adds sorcerer dialogue and sorc wild magic subclass (tides of chaos, wild magic, bend luck, controlled chaos)

Note: Experimental. May not work properly if you aren't a sorcerer or tides of chaos may not work at all in general.

Professor

Choose 2 skill proficiencies and 2 skill expertise

Note: Skill expertise shows up on first part of menu

Cliché Hero
Once per short rest, when below 30% HP,  gain 12 temporary HP

Death Runner
Increase movement speed by 5

Tank
Increase maximum HP by 20%

Darkstalker
Gain invisibility for 2 turns after killing an enemy. Altered version of the Deathstalker Mantle's effect

Transmigrator

Choose 3 skill proficiencies, 1 defensive tactic, 1 fighting style and 1 natural explorer

Reincarnator

Choose an expertise, learn jack of all trades and reliable talent and uncanny dodge

Regressor

Choose an expertise, choose hunter's prey, gain remarkable athlete proficiency/jump and aura of courage

Mind Master

Learn iron mind, steel will, stillness of mind, tranquility and gain psychic resistance

Seer

Learn portent, evasion, uncanny dodge and danger sense passives

Gain third eye-darkvision/see invisibility skills

Shapeshifter

Gain druid tag/dialogue,  mask of many faces and wild strike

Learn wild shapes: cat, badger, wolf, spider, rothe, panther and owlbear

Note: more of an experimental thing but the wildshapes do work.

Weapon Incarnate

Choose to ignore resistance to either slashing, bludgeoning or piercing damage

Note: Can be retaken.

Hermaeus Mora's Chosen

Select 2 skill expertise and +1 to Int or Wis

Note: it's in the first part of the menu once you select the feat

Enigmatic Harbinger

Gain all smites, basic paladin spells, divine health and aura of protection

Elemental Lord

Gain resistance to Fire, Cold, Lightning and Thunder damage

Cult Leader

Redirect 20% of damage back towards the enemy

Stormborn

Learn tempestuous magic, heart of the storm, storms fury, wrath of the storm, thunderbolt strike and gain nature proficiency

Apex Predator

Choose 2 hunter's prey, 2 defensive tactics, learn volley and whirlwind, survival/stealth/intimidation proficiency, dread ambusher, superior darkvision, iron mind, stalker's flurry

Veteran Fighter

Learn second wind, action surge, indomitable, improved critical, remarkable athlete: proficiency/jump, 5 maneuvers, 2 fighting styles and improved combat superiority 

Gain Fighter tag/dialogue, simple and martial weapon proficiency

Enigma

Choose 3 skills from nearly every class, subclass, racial features and resistances in the game (in pictures, too much to list). 


Note: Choosing something that requires rage, warlock spell slots, etc, will not give you such, you'll need to get them from the class or elsewhere.

Some things may not work perfectly, it's inevitable

Can be taken more than once.

Passives named after a class only add class tag/dialogue and worshipper passives make you a cleric of X deity

Pragmatic

Allows choosing 3 spells including auras, breath attacks and SPOILER form
