About this mod
Adds an amulet with two passive buffs to give an advantage on rolls and boost mental skills. Also provides two spells on equip: one a powerful shield and the other a damage bonus on attack.

The Emperor's Embrace is a very rare amulet that can be bought from Helsik in the Devil's Fee, Arron in the Grove, or Quartermaster Talli at Last Light Inn. It is also available from a chest during the nautiloid tutorial level if you enjoy very early power-ups.
The amulet provides two different passive buffs that improve mental skills and two active buffs. One does additional psychic damage on weapons and spells, and one increases your survivability by improving your armour and making you immune to certain conditions.
30/10/2023 Update:
Choose a version to download. Install the .pak file using BG3 Mod Manager. Only activate one version at a time. This mod does not require the script extender.

30/10/2023 Update:
- The amulet now has a unique icon. The in-game model remains the same.
- Added an optional file with language that portrays a more platonic relationship with the Emperor.
- Added an optional file that reduces the advantage to saving throws only and reduces the skill buffs to +1 to perception and insight. The number of rounds that the on-use buffs are active has also been reduced.
