I've put together a reshade preset that's designed to be friendly to the vanilla experience:
The goal was to bring out richer colors, and adding a pop of liveliness.
Just a heads up, I skipped the bloom effect because it's not my cup of tea.

Installation:
- Download the latest Reshade (www.reshade.me)
- Open up the Reshade installer and select %\Baldurs Gate 3\bin\bg3_dx11.exe, hit next
- Select target API DirectX 11, hit next
- "Select preset to install" - skip this one (we will add the preset later)
- "Select effect packages to install" - check all boxes
- Copy the contents of the "Dynamic Reshade.zip" to %\Baldurs Gate 3\bin
- Run the game
- Open Reshade via keyboard button "Home" and select "Kinsbal" in the dropdown (top) selector
