About this mod
Adjusts the three vanilla rogue subclasses to be a little more specialized and a little less ripe for multiclass or essential for dips. Optional half-caster progression for Arcane Trickster.

At any rate, this mod exists to convince you to stick with Rogue a little longer than many people think you should. Each subclass focuses on enabling their Sneak Attack damage (you know, the thing that scales to 6d6 damage at level 11??) in different ways while staying true to their subclass aesthetic.
Changes:
Thief
Level 3 Fast Hands:
- No longer grants an additional Bonus Action.
- When landing a weapon attack, you gain access to Hide/Dash/Disengage versions that use Reaction Points.
Level 3 Second Story Work:
- Also increases Jump distance by 50%
Level 5 New feature: Fast Reactions
- Gain an additional Reaction
Goals: Mobility and getting into hiding so you can more reliably get your Sneak Attack damage while allies are on the other side of the Battle.
Cunning Action: Hide > Sneak Attack > Disengage/Hide with new Reaction Point versions.
Arcane Trickster
Level 5 New Feature: Cunning Trickster
- After casting an Illusion or Enchantment spell or cantrip, you can Sneak Attack without spending an Action Point
Goal: Give Trickster literally anything to make it useful. There are already mods to improve Ledgermain, so I stayed away from that.
----- OPTIONAL PATCH - Half-caster progression and full wizard spell list access. Separate file, requires main file. Highly recommend respec'ing Tricksters prior to adding or removing this patch.
Assassin
Level 5 New Feature: Assassin's Flurry
- Gain an additional Sneak Attack Charge per turn.
Goals: Damage. Do need to get access to a Bonus Action attack of some kind to utilize - Offhand Weapon, Legendary Rapier, Unique Scimitar, etc.
*** A NOTE ON SNEAK ATTACKS AND HOW THEY ARE CODED ***
Sneak Attacks in BG3 use a hidden resource called Sneak Attack Charges. The assassin gives you a second one of those to use per turn. The Sneak Attack Action (the icon on your hotbar) is a once-per-turn action, regardless of the number of Sneak Attack Charges you have and this is NOT changed by my mod. Furthermore, the hotbar action uses a Sneak Attack Charge REGARDLESS of whether you hit or miss. Please do not use this hotbar action unless you absolutely have to, it's utterly ridiculous; enable and utilize your interrupt/reactions panel.
For compatibility, this mod should function with anything that adds new subclasses as I do not touch that part of progression. The only progression nodes I added were to Level 5; everything else was passive editing; meaning mods that alter Arcane Trickster to be a half-caster should be fine, but it will have some compatibility issues with a full caster version.
