This light armour is sold by Roah Moonglow, a Zhentarim agent appearing in the goblin camp in Act 1 and Moonrise Tower in Act 2
It gives the following bonuses:
Absolute's Celerity: If the wearer bears the Absolute's brand, they gain a +2 bonus to AC
Absolute's Instinct: Gain a +3 bonus to initiative and become immune to being surprised
Absolute's Shadow: Gain advantage on Stealth Checks
Since this mod is made using cut assets, visuals are available for all races and body types as far as i am aware
