-A simple mod that changes the supplies cost for long resting to 100-120-140-160-180-200 supplies based on your preference.
-It is made for tactician difficulty, on balanced long rest will be half of that.
-Change the difficulty and put it it back to that you are playing at for the mod to work as intended
-Can be used mid playthrough
-Use only one version, obviously
-My preference is 160 for reasons i explain below
-I like to search every nook and cranny in the game but i want it to have a purpose and to have a motivation to do it. Changing the supply cost to 160 forces you to be more aware about your supplies management, your combat resources management and forces you to search for supplies everywhere. You'll still end up with quite a lot by act 3, but you won't swim on them and you won't be able to long rest after every fight.
It also makes the warlock class more appealing since he can recharge spells after short rests. It's an integral advantage and strength of his class which was nulified by the abundance of supplies you had at your disposal in vanilla BG3. He will be alot more useful, especially in act 1 and 2. I tried a playthrough with 120 needed, it was still too low of a number if you search a lot, use whatever version you desire of course.
Installation: Download the zipped file, extract the pak file, place it inside C:\Users\(your name)\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods and install it via the mod manager of your liking (personally i use Baldurs Gate 3 mod manager). Don't forget to save load order and export it to the game. Mod placement/priority doesn't matter.
