You can find the weapon in the Cartilaginous Chest past Shadwheart's pod in the Nautiloid or from Grat the Trader at Goblin Camp (Version 1.0.1.1 and Above)
You can also spawn it with Cheat Engine with this id: 0f5fe04d-a6c8-4946-b516-7aa669363bf1
Version 1.0.1.0 and below: item was sold by Arron, the merchant at druids groove.
