by buying them from merchants or from tutorial chest.
A version will add 1 Noblestalk to all merchants and tutorial chest.
You need to buy it from merchants, so it is pretty balanced.
Get other files for 2, 5, 10 or 100 if you want to have more.

- Quartermaster Talli in Last Light Inn
- Araj Oblodra in Moonrise Towers
