Ring that allows you to dance at will with Otto's Resistible Dance!
Some notes:
I removed the particle effects. You're able to move and perform actions. Does nothing but play the dance animation, combat is unaffected.
Honestly, it probably wouldn't break the game if you use it on enemies but do be warned I'm just one person I can't test every single edge case.
If you need more than 8 people dancing, you can swap the ring to another person in your party and have them cast it on 8 more people.
Or just use the Mass version that is also on the ring.
(if you're wanting to cast it on less than 8 people, remember you can just click the checkmark next to the number at the bottom right while casting)
You can find the ring in either the Tutorial Chest or the locked chest behind Alfira in the grove that contains the Bard hat.
To stop dancing, just stop concentrating on the spell just like in real life.
