Just a cute little ReShade preset I made! I focuses a lot on smoothing the look and adding bloom effects, though it also has a darker, purple-ish hue! I plan to make more ReShade presets at some point, but I hope you like this one! I had a lot of fun playing around with ReShade, though I think this shader looks best in cutscenes, personally.


For those who are new to ReShade!
To use this shader you're gonna need the most recent version of ReShade, which will be linked as a requirement. To install the shader, download ReShade and run the program in whatever drive you want to use. When it stats up, it should ask you which game to set it up for- pick BG3, either dx11 or vulkan, depending on which you use. This is important: make sure to download every shader resource it suggests! These are not shader presets, these are the base items needed to create different visual effects in game. Once you have set up ReShade, close down your game and follow these steps to install this shader preset:

1. Download the ZIP file. 
2. Unzip it! Pull out restless daylight.ini
3. Drag only the .ini file into your "bin" folder in the Baldur's Gate 3 folder of your steam apps.
4. Boot the game.
5. Press the Home screen to open ReShade, and the dropdown bar at the top to select my preset.
6. Enjoy!
