Increase move speed of cleric spirit weapon so it can keep up.

Update 1.1: changed spiritual weapon flight to match its speed
Based on testing, 33% is the perfect amount to speed up spirit weapon without destroying the skill needed to efficiently use it. There's faster versions if it's still too slow for you.
Vanilla movement speed = 6m
Versions
Main 8m (+33%)
Recommended version, still fair and requires planning to use efficiently
Fast 9m (+50%)
Same speed as a typical character, spirit weapon starts to lose its personality as a high skill-ceiling spell.
Faster 11m (+83%)
As fast as a wood elf. Getting cheesy at this point, definitely overpowered.

You really can't be arsed, it's time to fly your spiritual weapon to infinity and beyond!
