- Open the "BG3ModManager" and import the .pak file from the zip archive.
- The mod should appear as "Toothpick" in the "Inactive Mods" list. Drag and drop the file into the left column to "Active Mods"
- Click in the top menu bar:
- File ➡ Save Order (CTRL+S)
- File ➡ Export Order to Game (CTRL+E)
