The dragon form has all vanilla skills except supernova, and then three new ones. See the pictures of the mod above for details.
There's a gold bar, chew on it once and anyone can polymorph into a dragon and also summon a dragon. For exact locations, again, see the link above.
*Wildshape dismiss button is on the right side of your hot bar, where recast spells are. You might just miss it.
I don't test this mod a lot. Please be careful and save often.
