Full Weapon Description:

Melee Caster: Instead of its Strength Modifier, the affected entity add its Wisdom Ability Modifier to Attack Rolls.
Darkvision: You can see in the dark up to 40ft
Selûne's Blessing: You gain advantage on Wisdom Saving Throws and Perception Checks.
Lunar Blessing: Surround yourself in a pillar of Selûne's Light, inflicting Moonbeam on all nearby enemies.
Moonmote: Illuminate the area around you with wisps of moonish light that make movement difficult for enemies and bolster your allies' damage.

- Scales with Wisdom instead of Strength (Alternative File Uses General Spellcasting Ability Instead Of Wisdom)
