I was a bit tired of trying to dip 3 points into Thief for the free Action, but didn't want to completely invalidate the option, so this ring came to mind. It basically provides a permanent Elixir of Bloodlust buff.
After killing something/someone in combat, you should receive an additional Action for that turn. * Confirmed that Temporary Hit Points DO work. They do NOT show on the main portrait, but DO show on the group (sidebar) portrait. * Extra AP will not activate if the killing blow finishes combat for the group.
