A simple mod that buffs the spell slot elixirs in a number of ways. The first buff is that each elixir now gives two slots of its corresponding elixir rank instead of one. The second buff is that each rank of the elixir also gives additional slots of each lower rank elixir, meaning the rank 2 elixir gives two rank two AND rank one spell slots, all the way up to the top rank elixir giving two of each spell slot.
