Adds more items of interest for spell casters in act one, mostly robes.

Felt like adding a bit of spice to act one's largely barren caster gear landscape. Nothing crazy, just some balanced, plausible and useful robes as well as a staff.
The items can be found two ways. For convenience lovers, the items are in the
tutorial chest. For those who prefer immersion, the gear can be found in various act one vendors. For specifics, see below.
Clawbite Robe - Roah Moonglow in the goblin camp base.
Robe of Invested Power - Arron in the druid grove.
Robe of the South Wind and Staff of Forceful Burning - Lady Esther on the rosymorn trail.
